Waitlist terms

These terms apply when you join the pacerail beta waitlist. The waitlist is run by Christofer Näs (enskild firma), Sweden (“I”). Contact: privacy@pacerail.com.

What the waitlist is

• Joining is free and does not commit you to buy or use anything.
• A place on the waitlist is not a promise of access. I may invite people in batches and choose whom to invite first, for example based on the agents and devices you use.
• Invites go out in waves, starting this winter. Plans, features, platforms and prices may change before or during the beta.
• I may close the waitlist or stop the project. If that happens, I will tell you by email and delete the list.

Your part

• Sign up only with an email address you are allowed to use, and only for yourself.
• Do not use automated tools to sign up or try to disrupt the service.

Leaving

You can leave at any time with the delete link in every email, through the form in the privacy policy, or by email. How your data is handled is described in the privacy policy.

The beta itself

Using the beta will be covered by separate terms that you accept when you are invited. These waitlist terms do not grant a licence to any software.

Law

Swedish law applies. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection that the law of your country gives you. Disputes go to a Swedish general court unless mandatory law says otherwise.
